Frank Anderson has worked in ICT for over 25 years in a range of sales, marketing, management and most recently, consulting roles.
Frank's most recent assignment has been working with the Central Bank in Papua New Guinea, in the implementation of a National Payments System.
With experience in multi-national vendor and service delivery organisations in New Zealand and Australia, Frank offers competencies in account management, relationship development and management across multiple levels in complex environments, sales pitch and bid strategy development and execution. He has worked in leadership and mentoring capacities to tap the potential of staff and colleagues and deliver great performance.
At the crux of this is Frank's approach to working with clients, getting a clear steer and understanding of what needs to be delivered, and the underlying conditions and issues that impact on this. While his results orientation keeps him on task, this is balanced with an inclusive style that ensures wide-ranging views and input is canvassed to deliver an appropriate solution.
Frank's career has spanned commercial and state sectors including BNZ, Telecom NZ, Transpower, Ports of Auckland, New Zealand Police, Unitec, EDS Australia and CSC Australia.
Originally from Queenstown, Frank's passion for skiing started at an early age. Unfortunately his relationship with golf started much later and with considerably less success. Frank and his wife have recently returned to New Zealand and are enjoying the feeling of being back home.
